Noor leads innovative media strategy development and client thought leadership. She guides clients on how to evolve media strategy to accommodate fast-changing consumer behavior and media trends. Noor hosts the podcast AdTech Unfiltered, and has written for and been cited in industry outlets including Adweek, MediaPost, and Advertising Week. She has spoken at events for the 4As, American Marketing Association, Gartner, and at SXSW. Noor is also a leader of Basis’ Diversity & Inclusion programming and runs a company-wide DEIA speaker series called "Basis Conversations." Prior to Basis, Noor served in media roles at Starcom MediaVest Group. She is a graduate of Northwestern University.
