Centro, based in Chicago, has a sabbatical program that provides three consecutive weeks off that employees can use however they wish to recharge. It’s awarded after the 4th anniversary, 9th anniversary, 13th, etc. Secret sauce: “Our guiding principles are the foundation of our culture.
