Noor Naseer

Noor Naseer is VP of Media Innovations and Technology at Basis Technologies. She serves as a leader of innovative media strategy development and client education. She guides clients on how to evolve media plans to accommodate ever-changing consumer behavior, media consumption and advertising trends. Noor has written for and been cited in industry outlets including MediaPost, Advertising Week and Multichannel News. She has spoken at events for the 4As and the American Marketing Association. She hosts adtech podcast, AdTech Unfiltered. Prior to Basis Technologies, Noor served in media buying and planning roles at Starcom MediaVest Group. She is a graduate of Northwestern University with an M.S. in Integrated Marketing.

Kaitlin O'Brien

Manager, Media Innovations and Technology, Basis Technologies

Kaitlin O’Brien is a Manager on the Media Innovations + Technology team at Basis Technologies. Prior to joining Basis, she oversaw programmatic media buying at biosciences company, Thermo Fisher Scientific. She has spent the bulk of her career at digital media-focused agencies in media strategy and planning roles. Assisting clients in navigating and adopting new tech capabilities has deepened her interest in exploring emerging tech and its implications for our world.
