Noor Naseer

Noor Naseer is VP of Media Innovations & Technology at Basis. She leads client thought leadership and guides clients on how to evolve media strategy to accommodate fast-changing consumer behavior and media trends. Noor has written for, and been cited in, industry outlets including Adweek, MediaPost, Advertising Week, and Multichannel News. She has spoken at events for the 4As and the American Marketing Association and also hosts the podcast "AdTech Unfiltered." Prior to joining Basis, Noor served in media roles at Starcom MediaVest Group. She is a graduate of Northwestern University with an M.S. in Integrated Marketing.

Kaitlin O'Brien

Senior Manager, Media Innovations & Technology, Basis

Kaitlin O’Brien is a senior manager on the Media Innovations & Technology team at Basis. Prior to joining Basis, she oversaw programmatic media buying at biosciences company Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a boomerang employee at Basis, she’s spent the bulk of her career crafting digital media strategies for clients. She has a deep interest in emerging tech, its implications for our world, and how clients can successfully navigate and activate within these new opportunities.
