Basis Technologies Adds Wendy Rubin to Board of Directors

Rubin is an Accomplished Finance Leader and Advisor to Public Companies; Basis Technologies Gains More Guidance to Navigate the Evolving Media and Technology Ecosystem

Chicago – March 28, 2022 — Basis Technologies, a leading provider of cloud-based workflow automation and business intelligence software for marketing and advertising, today announced the appointment of Wendy Rubin to its board of directors. An accomplished finance leader and trusted business advisor to public and private companies, Rubin currently serves as an SVP at Warner Bros Entertainment, a division of Warner Media and AT&T. She joins fellow Basis Technologies board members Michael Brochu (GMI), Richard Garman (FTV Capital), Christian Hendricks (Extol Digital) and Leland Putterman (Acorn Systems) to help guide the company’s vision.

Rubin has served in a wide range of leadership roles spanning numerous years in the media and entertainment industry. She is a seasoned executive with hands-on finance, operations and technology-diversified industry experience with organizations in various stages of growth. Before her current role, she served as the CFO for Donovan/Green, a strategic marketing firm. She has also been an internal auditor and tax advisor for Ernst and Young LLP. Rubin graduated from the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan with a BBA in accounting and finance.
