Healy is an Accomplished Senior Executive for Fortune 50 and Private Equity-Backed Firms

An accomplished leader, Healy has been a senior executive for Fortune 50 and private equity-backed technology-enabled firms. With most of her career spent in enterprise-class software and services, Healy partners with business leaders to scale technology solutions that empower employees and customers to make informed decisions. She brings over 20 years of finance, business development, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, fundraising and investor relations experience gained in leadership roles at Microsoft, TransUnion and Hillrom. Healy joins the company as agencies increasingly adopt Basis by Centro, the industry’s most comprehensive, automated and intelligent digital media platform.

Healy most recently served as chief financial officer for the largest division of medical technology provider Hillrom. Prior to that, she was vice president at TransUnion, where she built its investor relations function and led the process for its initial public offering—one of the ten largest in 2015. She has held multiple finance and business development roles throughout her 19-year career at Microsoft, including general manager of financial services, head of investor relations, and portfolio manager in treasury and capital markets. She joined Microsoft as part of its first corporate development department, helping form and execute investment strategy and acquisition activity. Healy started her career at Credit Suisse. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and serves on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Chicago Metropolitan.
