Agencies Reveal Sentiments and Outlook About Business and Technology in Basis Technologies Survey

Although agency professionals have optimism for their business in 2024 and beyond, they continue to face challenges such as inefficiency and costs. Nevertheless, there is positive sentiment around certain factors such as the prospect of using AI for their work.
