Title: Fserr=13 Unable to Open File, using the 32-Bit ODBC Driver and NFS Mount
Description: An Fserr=13 , Unable to Open file, Duplicate or Missing File error can occur when using a NFS mounted drive with the ODBC driver.
Resolution: The error may occur when permissions are set to Read Only on the data files. Changing permissions to Read/Write allows the ODBC driver to open the files.
