BASIS International Ltd. announces the release of PRO/5® revision 6.0 and Visual PRO/5® revision 6.0, the newest and
most robust versions of the PRO/5 family.
Certified on 32- and 64-bit platforms, PRO/5 6.0 highlights include support for 64-bit processors, a new POWER 5
Linux port, modified SAVEP token format, and AES-256 encryption. This release of Visual PRO/5 includes support for both Windows
XP look and feel and Windows Vista Aero glass-like look and feel, AES-256 encryption, plus several repaired QA memos.
With the introduction of Windows Vista support, BASIS expands their help mnemonics to support .chm file formats. Since
